1. Accuracy of Information

When selling a car, you must describe it accurately. If a dealer arrives and finds undisclosed damage, they have the right to revise their offer or walk away from the purchase.

2. Valuations

Our valuations are estimates based on market data. They do not constitute a guaranteed offer to purchase your vehicle at that exact price.

3. Dealer Liability

Autozuto is a marketplace. When you buy a car from a verified dealer, your contract is with that dealer. Any warranty claims or returns fall under your statutory rights against the selling dealership.
